Colne River

December 2012- June 2014  The Watford Clone River Gateway Sculptures. 

This commission, is a series of five figurative  steel sculptures on steel plinth’s representing the history, natural environment and human interaction around the Colne River in Watford

The five designs, generated through a comprehensive series of community ‘initiative’ based workshops are an exciting and 21st century interpretation of the area’s personality and are already causing a ripple of anticipation in the waterways community. 

The 5 metre sculptures in steel is galvanised and painted in sepia represent the Landgirls, Fishermen, Edwardian Divers, The Natural Environment and the Infamous Watford Heron.
